Modus operandi

Hi there,
Their modus of operandi does not change at all!!
I canceled my subscription for the Wine-of -the month club early in 2006. Trusting that my account has been settled, I received the first
call from MBD in March 2007. It's one year later and I am still being
harassed. I'm constantly faxing proof of payment thats been made *last
year October*. 'The payment cannot be picked up on their account' or
'We never received your fax'. How is this possible? I spoke to numerous people from MBD each with their own promises and rude telephone manners to no avail.
What else can be done?
